Dan Skaggs, MBA, is an experienced software engineering leader who currently serves as a Senior Manager of User Experience Engineering at Cisco. With a strong background in software development and team management, Dan transitioned from technical roles, including President at 4i Medical Solutions and Technical Director at Paramount, to leadership positions focused on enabling engineering teams. Dan's career began in the United States Air Force, culminating in diverse roles across various companies, all driven by a passion for fostering innovation and empowering engineers. They hold an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a BS in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University.
