Dariusz Grabowski has extensive experience in network engineering and technical leadership, beginning as a Junior System Engineer at Comarch, where responsibilities included network monitoring and troubleshooting. Progressing to a System Engineer role, Dariusz focused on designing and maintaining WAN networks, as well as documentation and IT audits. At Cisco, Dariusz assumed multiple leadership positions, including High Touch Engineering Technical Leader and Team Leader for CX Germany, overseeing recruitment and resource planning while managing customer escalations. Additionally, Dariusz served as a Leader in SaaS support for AppDynamics and a Customer Support Engineer on the LAN Switching Team, providing expert resolution for complex service requests. Prior to Cisco, Dariusz worked at C A Consulting as a Cisco duty specialist. Dariusz holds a Master's degree in Metals Engineering and Industrial Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology.
