David Lam

David Lam is a CX Collab Architect at Cisco, where they are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Cisco Voice and Video infrastructure, as well as the Enterprise Electronic Fax system. Previously, they worked as a Senior Collaboration Engineer at Farmers Insurance, focusing on deploying Cisco Spark and assisting with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise migration. Prior to that, they served as a VoIP Infrastructure Architect at HealthCare Partners from 2007 to 2017 and as a Network Engineer from 2006 to 2007. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from Azusa Pacific University.
