David Soper is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software and firmware design. Soper began a career at Hewlett Packard as a Firmware Design Engineer and later transitioned to roles at Stryker Communications as an Embedded Systems Engineer and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Fault Management Architect. Following this, Soper served as a Software Engineer at Convey Computer before joining Cisco as a Technical Marketing Engineer in 2016. Academically, Soper holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
