Davor B. is an AI Transformation Leader focused on driving AI integration and operationalization in customer experience. Davor has served as an Advisory Board Member for Zschool and PROCURITY.AI, and they currently hold the position of Senior Leader at Cisco, focusing on delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Davor has also contributed as a guest lecturer at multiple institutions and has been actively involved as a judge and Chair of Judges for various customer experience awards in Europe and the US. Davor completed an Executive MBA at HEC Paris and studied Innovative Management and Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College, alongside pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Zagreb.
