Dawn Wang

Dawn Wang is the Chief of Business Operations at Brava Home Inc., where they are currently responsible for the strategy and execution of Customer Success, encompassing customer support, onboarding, retention, and inside sales. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions at Cisco Systems, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Operations, where they managed a substantial operating budget and led process improvement initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as Senior Manager of Logistics and Reverse Logistics at Palm. Dawn is also pursuing advanced degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at both the University of California, Berkeley, and Cornell University.
