As Microsoft's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Dev leads a team of more than 600 legal professionals, including litigation, compliance and ethics, antitrust, corporate, intellectual property, HR legal, product and engineering legal, marketing, consumer sales, and legal operations teams. She is responsible for providing strategic legal counsel and advice to the company's business leaders on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.

Dev is skilled at building and leading teams at scale and is focused on organizational excellence, including effective strategies for attracting and retaining top legal talent, creating an agile and effective organizational structure with strategic alignment to the business, and driving a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
