Dick Vaillancourt

Dick Vaillancourt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and local government. Currently serving as a Program Manager in the Service Supply Chain at Cisco Systems since April 2006, Dick’s previous roles include Selectman for the Town of North Andover from March 2012 to March 2024, where responsibilities encompassed executive powers of the town under the Board of Selectmen. Additionally, Dick held the position of President at the North Andover Merchants Association from October 2009 to January 2012. Earlier in the career, Dick worked as a Member of Technical Staff at both Lucent Technologies and AT&T from 1985 to 2006. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
