Dirk Vielner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service and support management within the telecommunications sector. Currently, at Cisco since November 2013, Dirk serves as a Service & Support Manager, overseeing global service provisions for a major service provider. Prior to this role, Dirk worked at Swyx Solutions AG from April 2007 to October 2013, first as Director Support & Service Provider Sales International, where process improvements for service excellence were implemented, and previously as a Service Provider Consultant, leading the market launch of the Hosted SwyxWare product.
