Doak Adams

Doak Adams is currently the Security Engineering Director at Cisco, where they lead the Advanced Threats Group and serve as the XDR Startup Leader. Previously, Doak held various senior roles at Symantec Corporation, including National Systems Engineer Specialist, Sr. Director of Solution Sales, and Sr. Director of Product Marketing. Their experience also includes serving as the Advanced Malware Protection Leader at Sourcefire and founding Five Bars Wireless Ltd. Co. Doak's career began at IBM and Verizon, further solidifying their expertise in cybersecurity and engineering. They earned their education at the University of Houston.
