Echo Shih

Echo Shih is currently the COO of Cisco GCA ecosystem university and serves as the GCA services business focal, where they are responsible for services business planning and management. From 2011 to 2018, Echo worked as a Principal Learning Consultant at 美商天睿資訊系統有限公司, focusing on sales readiness and leadership training initiatives. They previously held roles as Sales Director at Oracle from 2005 to 2009 and Channel Director from 1995 to 2004. Echo earned a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and a Master's in Finance from 輔仁大學 and 國立臺灣大學, respectively, both between 1981 and 1985.
