Ed Mackenzie is an accomplished professional with a background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in systems engineering and customer service. They began their career as an Electrical Engineer at GTE from 1983 to 1986 and later worked as a Systems Engineer at Motorola Solutions until 1994. From 1994 to 1996, Ed managed the Technical Response Center as a Customer Service Manager at Proteon Inc. They continued their journey at Cisco, where they have held several roles, including Systems Engineering Manager and currently serve as a Solutions Architect since 1996. Ed earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University, completing their degree in 1983.
