Ed McFadden is a design leader with over 25 years of enterprise design experience, combining a background in psychology with a passion for user experience. Currently serving as a Design Partner at Cisco IT, Ed leads the Design Partner Program, focusing on strategic collaborations to enhance design's impact within the organization. Previously, Ed held various roles at IBM, including UX Creative Director and User Research & Design Lead. Ed earned a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organization Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
