Elise Kooiman

Elise Kooiman is a direct and observant leader currently leading strategic and operational alignment for the Network Platform and Wireless businesses at Cisco. With a degree from Stanford University, Elise has a diverse background in program management, having served in various roles at Cisco, including Director and Chief of Staff to the SVP/GM. Previously, Elise was a Coordinator at the Cypress Performing Arts Association, where they implemented a successful outreach program, and held internships at San Francisco Performances and Target. Throughout their career, Elise has focused on building empowering environments and fostering team growth.
