Elizabeth Barr

Elizabeth Barr is an ambitious and innovative leader currently serving as the Cisco Networking Academy Lead for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, where they manage a broad ecosystem of over 600 partner organizations and 140,000 annual students. With a passion for bridging the digital skills gap, Elizabeth has achieved significant growth in program participation and focuses on making the technology sector more inclusive and accessible. They are also a board member for Women of Cisco UK & Ireland, leading initiatives to inspire girls in STEM and volunteering on projects that foster diversity. Elizabeth's previous roles included managing brand and customer support initiatives and holding board positions at multiple educational organizations. They earned a distinction from Bayes Business School while developing their expertise in management.
