Emma Polster currently serves as Chief of Staff in UCS Engineering at Cisco, where they enhance engagement and optimize operational processes. They have previously co-founded Sample Labs, managing business operations and developing effective strategies to address challenges in consumer packaged goods. Emma's background includes various internships in the art sector and roles in business operations, showcasing their versatility across fields. They are also actively involved with the Women of Cisco, Bay Area Chapter, serving as a Communications Co-Lead. Emma holds multiple degrees, including a BA in History of Art and Visual Culture and an Executive MBA.
