Eran Levy

Eran Levy is an experienced leader in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and CX Ops at Cisco since October 2008. In this role, Eran oversees a team of Customer Success Executives for the Global Enterprise segment, focusing on driving growth and developing Cisco's Customer Success practice. Previous positions at Cisco include Director of Thought Leadership & C-Suite Marketing, where Eran led initiatives targeting CIO engagement, and Head of Strategy & Business Development. Prior to Cisco, Eran held roles including Director of Business Development & Product Management at Nokia Siemens Networks and Product Manager at Siemens. Eran began a career in sales engineering at Radguard, Inc., and holds a B.A. in Business and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
