Eric Chen

Eric Chen is a Principal AI Engineer at Cisco, where they drive ML/AI efforts across multiple business units and were instrumental in pioneering early AI features in Webex. Previously, as Chief Data Scientist at NTT Innovation Institute, they designed and developed Machine Learning as a Service solutions. A Kaggle Master ranked in the top 1%, Eric actively participates in machine learning competitions, achieving high placements in several prominent challenges. With a strong academic background that includes ongoing degrees at McGill University and The University of Tokyo, they have also contributed significantly to the field, authoring 28 peer-reviewed publications and holding 18 patents.
