Eric Stevens

Eric Stevens has extensive experience in business operations and analytics, currently serving as the Leader of Business Operations at Cisco since February 2010. In this role, Eric is responsible for Business Intelligence requests and managing the CX Centers organization's metrics program, leveraging technical skills to convert business needs into data solutions using technologies such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Python. Previously, Eric held positions including Program Manager for Business Analytics and Reporting, focusing on Cisco Cloud Support, and Business Analyst for Workforce Management, overseeing the Workforce Management program for the Cisco Small Business Support Center. Prior experience includes working as a Workforce Management Planning Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, where Eric analyzed data to forecast call center staffing needs. Eric holds a B.A. in History from UCLA.
