Eric Wienke

Eric Wienke is an experienced UX leader currently serving as a Product Design Leader at Cisco, where they are unifying the user experience across various applications. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at AppDynamics as Director of Product Design and Principal Product Experience Designer, leading diverse teams to develop a prominent full-stack observability platform. Eric's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Oracle, including modernizing enterprise applications and establishing UX standards. They began their career as a Graduate Assistant at the South Dakota Biomedical Research Infrastructure Network and as an Instructor/Web Developer at the University of South Dakota. Eric's expertise is rooted in user-centered design, design strategy, and operations.
