Erick Yu has extensive experience in engineering roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Starting as a Network Engineer at China Node Technology in 2009, Erick transitioned to Cisco in 2010 as a Network Consulting Engineer, providing network and security planning services to major clients until 2017. Following that, Erick served as an Escalation Support Engineer at Neusoft for a short period in 2010. From 2017 to 2019, Erick worked at Spark New Zealand as a Design and Integration Engineer, specializing in MSSP services for cloud customers. Erick then took on the role of Security Design Engineer at Vodafone New Zealand from late 2019 to early 2021, ultimately culminating in a position as a High Touch Engineer.
