They have held significant positions in renowned agencies, notably serving as Design Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day for nearly a decade, where they managed design efforts for high-profile brands such as Apple, PepsiCo, and Gatorade. Miller is currently a Creative Director at Cisco and a principal at Erik Miller Design, where they craft meaningful consumer experiences through innovative storytelling and brand strategies. A graduate of the Executive MBA program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, Miller also shares their expertise as a professor at Art Center College of Design, focusing on building brands through disruption.
