Fayis Sayeed has extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked at Dell as a Technical Expert from June 2006 to October 2008, followed by a significant tenure at Cisco from November 2010 to November 2024. At Cisco, Fayis held various leadership roles, including Director of CX Centers, Senior Engineer for Cloud TAC and Cloud Services, Senior Leader in Customer Delivery, Project Manager for Customer Advocacy, and Delivery Manager for GCSO within Cisco Services. Fayis is currently leading Cisco's Cloud Solution and Product Support Delivery for the APAC region. Academically, Fayis holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Wales, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Shobhit University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
