Felipe Segnini began a career in 2008 as a Collaboration engineer at Sykes in Costa Rica before joining Cisco in 2013 as a High Touch Engineer. After relocating to RTP, North Carolina in 2015, Felipe progressed to various roles within Cisco, ultimately becoming a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader in 2021, where they provide support for critical financial accounts related to video conferencing solutions. Felipe holds a B.A. in Systems Engineering with a focus on Networking from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, along with several Cisco certifications including CCNA R&S and CCIE Collaboration, and an ITIL v3 Foundations certification.
