Felix Khouri

Felix Khouri is a highly experienced professional with over two decades at Cisco, currently serving as the Director of DevOps and QA for the DNA Center, a Software Defined Access controller. This product has seen deployment in over 8,800 customer environments and is built on Kubernetes for on-premise and AWS solutions. Previously, Felix held the role of Director of Engineering for Customer Experience and Cisco Services, where leadership was exemplified through large-scale SaaS application development and cloud migration initiatives in an Agile/DevOps framework. Notable accomplishments include leading a successful initiative to migrate Cisco hosted platforms to AWS and significantly enhancing product quality by implementing user-focused testing methodologies while overseeing engineering for core routing technologies. Felix's earlier career includes multiple senior software development roles at Aspect Telecommunications. Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
