Fletcher Previn is currently the SVP, Workforce Experience at Cisco. Fletcher has previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at IBM from April 2006 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager, Enterprise Systems Management at Walmart from April 2003 to March 2006, where they were responsible for designing and deploying Windows infrastructure at Walmart.com. Fletcher has also worked as a Systems Engineer at Evans Analytical Group from July 2000 to March 2002 and as an IT at Accurel Systems from January 2000 to December 2001. Previn began their career as an Intern at Late Show with David Letterman in January 1996 and remained in that position until December 1996.

Fletcher Previn received their BA in Political Science from Connecticut College and their Certification from Microsoft in MCSE.
