With extensive roles at Cisco, including Head of Product Design and Senior Director of Identity Design at Duo Security, Fraser has a proven track record of managing and developing multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative digital products. Prior experiences include positions at Optum as User Experience Manager and Director, where Fraser spearheaded strategic design initiatives, and co-founding Humantics, a consultancy focused on sustainable collaboration through design.
