Geoffrey Wright

Geoffrey Wright is currently a Principal Corporate Counsel for Governance & Securities at Cisco and a 2025 LCLD Pathfinder alum. Previously, they served as Associate Legal Counsel at Splunk, where they managed legal aspects of corporate development and oversaw significant acquisitions, including a $29 billion deal with Cisco. Geoffrey also held roles at Gunderson Dettmer and Lane Powell PC, providing counsel on corporate transactions and representing emerging growth companies. They received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and hold a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Miami.
