German Mendivil

German Mendivil is a Customer Delivery Leader in Customer Experience (CX) at Cisco, having served in this role since 2019. They lead the Project Management Office in the EMEA North region, managing a team of 15 Project and Program Managers overseeing a substantial portfolio of Professional Services projects. With a strong background in both technical and business development, German has held various roles within Cisco since 2013 and previously worked as a System Engineer at Telecor S.A. They earned an Executive MBA and various technical certifications, including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
