Glory Mercy is a Certified SAFe 6.0 Advanced Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in quality control and agile methodologies. They worked as a Meta QC at Cognizant from 2015 to 2019 and held positions at Knoah Solutions and Magellanic-Cloud as a Quality Specialist and Quality Lead, respectively. Currently, Glory serves as a Technical Scrum Master at Cisco and has previously worked as a Scrum Master at Motivity Labs Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from TRR College/JNTU, completed in 2012.
