Guy Caspary has a diverse background in semiconductor technology, having held the position of VLSI team lead at EZchip from 2002 to 2005, followed by roles including chip project manager at Dune Networks and technical director at Broadcom Corp until 2014. In 2014, they co-founded Leaba Semiconductor, which was later acquired by Cisco, where they currently serve as a distinguished engineer since 2016.
