Haley Ward

Haley Ward is a Technical Scrum Master at Cisco, where they support the delivery of Customer Experience Cloud features and facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple engineering teams. A North Carolina native, Haley has also held several roles in project management, product ownership, and agile transformation, previously serving as a Senior PMO Analyst at MetLife. They graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, concentrating in Information Technology, and have a passion for DIY projects and outdoor activities along the coast. Known for their efficiency, Haley received a quarterly MVP award for their contributions to their teams.
