Heena Laskor has extensive experience in project management and customer experience roles, beginning with a position as Project Manager at Citigroup from 1999 to 2002. Following that, Heena Laskor served as PMO at IPS from 2009 to 2010, and from August 2011, held the title of Project Manager at Cisco Systems while currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Service Delivery Lead at Cisco since December 2024. Heena Laskor earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from the University of Bedfordshire between 1991 and 1994.
