Heidi Au

Heidi Au is an experienced Program Manager currently at Cisco, where they lead the evaluation and training for a new project management tool. Previously, Heidi served as Implementation Project Manager at Adicio, managing concurrent projects in Europe and the U.S., and as Multimedia Project Manager at NASDAQ, overseeing over 400 virtual corporate events. Their extensive experience includes roles at UC San Diego Extension, Thomson Reuters, Deloitte, and West Unified Communications Services, where they demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Heidi holds a BS in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and is pursuing an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University, where they received the Outstanding Master of Arts in I/O Psychology Award.
