Hema Desai

Hema Desai is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and strategic management. With a tenure as a Product Development Engineer at Advanced Thermal Solutions, Inc., Hema transitioned to roles including Product Specialist at Lam Research and Senior Product Engineer at SUN Mobility. Currently serving as a Strategy & Business Transformation Manager at Cisco, Hema's background also includes an internship at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India focused on strategic intelligence and innovation management, and participation as a Fellow in a global leadership initiative at The Oxford Character Project.
