Henry Shen

Henry (Heng) Shen is a Senior System Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they support large enterprise accounts and collaborate with both software and traditional partners. With over 18 years of IT service and consulting experience, they have worked in various industries, including service providers, electricity, banking, manufacturing, and retail. Prior to Cisco, Henry held the position of Technical Director at Asia Systems Technology Limited, managing a technical team and supporting strategic accounts, and served as a Network Consultant at Extreme Networks, developing solutions across Eastern China. Henry obtained a Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University from 1992 to 1996.
