Ileana Rivera

Ileana Rivera serves as the Vice President of IT, Collaboration and Corporate Services at Cisco, where responsibilities include leading the Hybrid Worker Bundle and managing various IT services to enhance employee productivity. With a robust background at Cisco that includes roles as Chief of Staff and multiple senior director positions, Rivera has expertise in IT operations, portfolio management, and employee engagement. Previous experience encompasses leadership roles in IT at Stryker Corporation and Taos, alongside significant contributions to IT strategy and client engagement in Latin America. Rivera holds an MSIS from the University of San Francisco and a BSIE from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
