Irene Lien

Irene Lien is the Chief Operating Officer of Cisco Taiwan, where they lead strategic initiatives and manage relationships with local government entities. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Taiwan Digital Impact Office and CDA, Strategy & Planning Manager at Cisco, focusing on digital transformation and project management. Irene's experience also includes positions at Taiwan Star Telecom as Vice Project Manager, and senior analyst roles at IDC, where they conducted extensive market research across various technology sectors. They are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at National Chengchi University.
