James Henzi

James Henzi is a technical leader in quality engineering with extensive experience in supply chain management and data analytics. At Cisco, James developed advanced process control algorithms, achieving a 44% reduction in escalation cases, and led teams in the deployment of machine learning models for quality classification. Previously, James managed significant cost-saving initiatives as a Business Operations Manager and collaborated with multiple companies to integrate quality data systems.
