James (Yonghan) Kang began their professional career at IBM as a pre-sales consultant for IT outsourcing in the financial services sector. After three years, they transitioned to a role as Corporate Internal Auditor within the Greater China Group, followed by a position as Marketing Manager in IBM Global Financing. In 2014, James joined Cisco Capital, focusing on business transformation through flexible investment strategies. Currently, they serve as a Global Account Manager at Cisco, developing relationships with major companies in the Americas. Additionally, James holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Yonsei University.
