Janey Hoe

Janey Hoe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Cisco Investments since August 2013. Prior roles at Cisco Systems included Senior Director of Product Management, where Janey was instrumental in developing advanced video/audio analytics for enterprise collaboration tools and led efforts in security and data center product management. Janey also held the position of Director of Business Development, where strategies for market expansion were developed, including notable work in acquisitions and private equity investments. Earlier experiences encompass consultancy at McKinsey & Company and research at AT&T Bell Labs and HP Labs. Janey holds an Executive Leadership degree from Stanford University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley.
