Jason Blackwell is a seasoned UX strategist, designer, and researcher with over 25 years of experience in improving employee experiences through effective UX research and design. Currently, Jason serves as a UX Strategist at Cisco and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Binghamton University, where they teach design and psychology courses. Previously, Jason held a senior role at IBM, where they led the design of the award-winning intranet portal, yourIBM, and contributed to various initiatives that enhanced collaboration and user satisfaction. Jason began their career as a Usability Intern at Microsoft and holds a PhD in Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences from Binghamton University.
