Jason Tsai

Jason Tsai is an Engineering Product Manager at Cisco, where they have been involved since 2022 in business operations and new product introduction. Previously at Cisco from 2000 to 2006, Jason held various roles including Customer Service Relationship Manager and Product Lifecycle Program Manager. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Netscape Communications Corporation. Jason is currently pursuing studies in Liberal Studies with a focus on Sociology and Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Riverside, and is also working towards a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University - School of Business.
