Jay Lehman is a technology and telecommunications leader with over 39 years of industry experience, specializing in engineering, leadership, and customer experience. They served in the United States Air Force as a Technical Control Craftsman from 1986 to 2001 and later held various roles at Verizon Wireless, including Principal Member of Technical Staff and Sr. Manager of Network Assurance. Currently, Jay works as a Service Delivery Leader in Cisco's Customer Experience division, where they drive customer success by ensuring effective service delivery and support.
