Jaya Narain is a technical leader and engineering manager currently spearheading the development of scalable microservices at Cisco, focusing on the Webex Contact Center and Webex Suite Services. With past roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager at Cisco, Jaya has built expertise in API gateways and infrastructure. Prior to Cisco, Jaya gained valuable experience at Nortel Networks and Genband, contributing to significant advancements in SIP conferencing and VoIP technologies. Jaya continues to pursue a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Concordia University while holding a Bachelor's degree from the Birla Institute of Technology.
