Jeff Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and renewals within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of CX Renewals for the US Public Sector Theater at Cisco since January 2006, Jeff leads a team responsible for managing services and software renewable offers across a diverse portfolio.
