Jeff Wright is a strategic and results-oriented Customer Success Leader with over 10 years of experience in building and transforming high-performing teams for global enterprise clients. They have held various roles at Cisco from 2015 to 2024, including Manager of Customer Success Engineering and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they managed multimillion-dollar ARR portfolios and drove product adoption. Wright also has past experience with PPD and Quintiles, and served as a Captain in the North Carolina National Guard from 2009 to 2015. They earned a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
