Jenna R. is currently the Director of People & Communities for Cisco Networking Infrastructure Engineering, where they lead HR initiatives for an organization of over 11,000 employees and drive talent strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Jenna also held various positions at Cisco, such as Chief of Staff and Senior People Partner, contributing significantly to executive talent management and leadership development.
