Jess McFadden is the Country Leader of Cisco New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, where they are committed to making a meaningful impact through business and social outcomes. With over 16 years of experience at Cisco, Jess's leadership is characterized by empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by teams, customers, and partners. They focus on empowering stakeholders to achieve digital transformation goals while enhancing community contributions, particularly in education and connectivity for rural areas. Previously, Jess held various roles including Client Solutions Director at VCE and several positions at Cisco in sales and management. Jess holds a Diploma in Business Management from Crown Business School in Auckland.
