With a strong background in product marketing and sales enablement, Jessica has previously held roles such as Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Talkdesk and Product Marketing Manager at 8x8. They have developed extensive expertise in go-to-market initiatives and competitive intelligence, contributing to impactful change in enterprise customer experience technology. Jessica is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in PR and Marketing Communications and a Master’s in Communications Management from Simmons College.
